90 Day No Sugar Cleanse Layout

  • 3 days eating only raw foods with fruit
  • 5 days Blessed Herbs Colon Cleanse with fresh squeezed apple juice
  • 30 days all green juice feast, nothing but green juice for 30 days
  • 90 days all raw diet, no fruit or sugar, or grains. No oat groats, no sprouted quinoa, no buckwheat.

All grain products convert to sugar. Sugar and starchy carbs like sweet potatoes, potatoes, wild rice, oatmeal convert to sugar and wreak havoc onto our pancreas and liver. The sad thing is that all the damage that we have done with processed sugars and carbs, natural sugars feed all that damage, such as candida, yeast, fungus, parasites, acne and inflammation.

I am choosing to sustain from all sugars and all foods that convert to sugar and do a total cleanse to repair my cells, lose weight and heal the arthritis in my feet.

  1. Hi Tonya......way to go! You are such an inspiration. I am thinking of doing a cleanse but couldn't possibly do a super long one yet. I have only done 3 day juice fasts in the past. I am thinking of the 10 day Master cleanse. Have you had any experience with that one? I just got back from Living Light last month and really need to connect with other like-minded people for me to stay on track. I am planning to come to a potluck when I am not working...I am afaid June is out but July looks very promising. Best wishes on your success with the fast.   2. Hi Linda- I have done the master cleanse and personally do not find it as effective as a Blessed Herbs cleanse and a green juice cleanse. Plus if your are blood type A cayenne does not work well in your system. Also, the sugar is not good either. Our knowledge on health has surpassed that information. There are much more effective ways to cleanse.
