Well, I still feel a little crappy. I did feel pretty good yesterday, but I think part of it is my little daughter does not want to sleep. She goes down at 8 pm and up about 4:40 am. So I am a little sleep deprived.
So the supplements I am taking our MSM ( lots of it), Udo's DHA caps, Wheat Grass tablets, probiotics, Ashwaganda, Chaste Tree and I take coconut oil.
I am teaching a class tonight, so I hope I make it through!
